Lewis

Lewis was adopted in 2015 from Jacksonville, FL when he was just eight weeks old. According to legend, he and his littermates were discovered in an abandoned warehouse in South Georgia, all battling parvo. Thanks to the care and dedication of the Jacksonville Humane Society, they made a full recovery. Soon after, Lewis found his way into the arms—and ever-moving vehicle—of touring musician Ash Dudukovich.

He quickly adapted to life on the road, becoming the perfect travel companion and the most well-mannered houseguest. Over the years, he has journeyed up and down the Southeast, exploring dog parks, countless backyards, and even hiking several mountains.

These days, Lewis holds an esteemed position as the resident studio dog at Thirty-One Sixty Recording, where he diligently watches over his humans (Ash & Travis), his three chickens, and his feline companion, Ira. Ever the guardian, he keeps his family safe while also mentoring his young protégé, Riker, in the ways of a wise and noble dog.

Riker

After experiencing the loss and devastation caused by Hurricanes Helene and Milton, Ash and Travis sought to turn their grief into love by helping one of the many homeless animals in their community. Initially, they planned to foster and train a pup through an established organization, but then they heard about a litter of three-month-old puppies living in terrible conditions. When they arrived, they knew they had to save at least one.

That’s when Riker—named after Star Trek: The Next Generation’s first officer, William T. Riker—found his forever home. Full of love and care, he spent two suspenseful months recovering, nurtured by his devoted humans, his feline companion Ira, and his wise older brother, Lewis.

Riker took to training effortlessly under the guidance of his patient and loving canine mentor, Lewis, while Ira, his feline teacher, taught him the finer skills of lizard hunting and the art of properly petting her. With such strong influences shaping him, Riker is well on his way to becoming a dedicated and invaluable studio dog.
